Darling, there comes nights

Darling, there comes nights when your tears gush out;

Pearls roll down along your cheekbones,

your hands reach to erase.

Smudged against your palms, pearls crush in oozed salt crystals.

Darling, hold onto the tides;

Your eyes hold oceans, deep and blue.

Your skin bears sand castles, crashed and built.
